Integrate Radon Measurement and Mitigation Solutions
Maximize the efficiency of your property inspections with our innovative platform! Once the inspection is confirmed, inspectors can order radon detectors that will be directly delivered and deployed by the sellers.
Here's how it works:
- Easy Ordering: Once the inspection is confirmed, the inspector orders the detector through our platform.
- Fast Delivery: The detector is sent directly to the seller for immediate deployment.
- Anti-Interference Mechanisms: We ensure the integrity of the test through our strict procedures and anti-interference mechanisms.
- Simplified Pickup: If the detector deployment coincides with the inspection day, the inspector will pick up the detector, insert it into the prepaid return envelope, and drop the package off at their doorstep. If the deployment is not complete by the time of the inspection, the seller will be responsible for shipping the package.
- Rapid Analysis: The next day, we receive the detector in our laboratories and proceed with the analysis.
- Report Integration: You will receive the laboratory report quickly, allowing you to integrate it into your inspection report and formulate relevant recommendations.
Optimize your inspections and offer a complete and professional service to your customers. Order now on our platform!

LONG TERM MEASUREMENT (91 DAYS)
Detector designed for a duration of 91 daysTo ensure an accurate measurement, we offer a long-term testing service that measures the average annual radon concentration in your home.
Measuring the annual average concentration is particularly important because it provides a more accurate picture of the amount of radon present in your home over an extended period of time. This can be helpful in determining whether radon levels in your home are consistently high or whether they vary throughout the year.
We can recommend appropriate mitigation measures to reduce radon levels in your home and help you maintain a safe and healthy indoor environment.

Understanding Radon Mitigation: A Critical Safety Intervention
Active soil depressurization, commonly known as SDAS, is the gold standard for radon mitigation. Its principle is simple: it seeks to reverse the natural flow of radon from the ground to the inside of the building. To do this, a specialized fan is installed to create a negative pressure zone just below the building. This depression zone has the effect of "sucking up" the radon before it can reach the inside of the house, thus blocking its infiltration. Thanks to this technique, it is possible to significantly reduce radon concentrations, often well below the recommended thresholds.
To implement this technique, a pipe is strategically installed, either through the concrete slab in the basement or inserted into the crawl space. This pipe is connected to the fan, which continuously draws radon-laden air from the ground. The air is then exhausted outside, usually above the roof, ensuring that radon cannot re-enter the building. To ensure optimal protection, the system is designed to operate continuously.
Depending on the structure of the building, adaptations may be necessary. For example, if a building has a crawl space, a waterproof membrane can be deployed on the floor of the crawl space to prevent radon from escaping. The drain pipe is then positioned on top of this membrane. In the case of a concrete slab resting on a gravel bed, the pipe is usually inserted directly through the slab to suck out the radon that accumulates in the gravel.
In addition to reducing radon levels, this system offers several additional benefits. It helps control humidity, which can prevent mold growth, improving indoor air quality and providing a healthier environment for occupants. Additionally, while installing such a system is an upfront cost, it can increase property value and prevent future medical expenses related to radon exposure.
